Awesome! The inventory is still really low, but the rental prices and STRs are doing extremely well. Look for more inventory to open up over the next month with NAU's semester ending. There are a couple neighborhood HOA's in Flagstaff that have banned STRs so make sure you are aware before you make any decisions. I'm always happy to help, don't hesitate to reach out.
