I know I am very late to the party and maybe someone already answered the question but 22:25 are called "Shikishi" and they are sometimes used to bring to signings so the artist/mangaka/voice actor etc can sign them. It is like a higher quality autograph signing card. At least this is what I know about them :)

The square artworks are known as shikishi art and you get them in packs from the Pokémon centres in Japan. There’s usually a set of them and you get one random one from the set per pack. I think there’s been 4 different sets so far👍🏻
