This video really makes me wonder how, in this current meta of 0TD/0 -70% combo strings and campy projectile playstyles, Falco isn't Top Tier. It feels like he should be thriving in this meta. Not saying Falco is campy or anything like that, mind you. I mean like he should be perfect for countering that type of playstyle.

falco has a super inconsistent mu spread. he has winning matchups that make him look S tier but he has some otherwise god awful ones like g&w, pikachu, sephiroth etc and he generally struggles fast disjointed characters that keep him out of the S tier range. with falco it’s either a stomping or a tedious game of never letting the opponent win neutral.
