Surprisingly, no. They were a little tight up around the front (under the master/abs module) I had to gently bend them a bit to get better clearance near the steering shaft. But the hard lines had enough length that I didn't have to extend anything

The 5" suspension came with brackets to move the two front rubber lines at the wheel, and drop down the rear line going to the back. But even putting the body lift on, I still had enough

This is a Performance Accessories kit. Part number is PA673. They list it as fitting 1500-3500, all the 2nd gen bodies should pretty much be the same as far as mounting. PA60023 is the part number for the rear bumper bracket kit.

It really depends on how the maintenance has been kept up with.. these trucks are all 20+ years old now. Auto trans usually the weak point. Mine has the big external cooler. I've had a number of these trucks and been pretty lucky with only having minor issues.. front end, water pumps tuneups etc

Its a pretty standard/generic grill off Ebay or Amazon. I think the brand was DNA motoring, but its sold under a lot of different names. If I remember right it was 80-100$ you can also get them in chrome

You know, overall it wasn't too bad. I did it all out on the pad with hand tools. It was just more frustrating having to figure out all the stuff that wasn't covered in the instructions, what went where.. even the rear bumper brackets I ordered from PA didn't tell you what orientation, which was left/right... I think I should rewrite the instructions and send them a consultation fee
