This video is how to replace a blower motor on a 2002 Ford Focus. This job is really easy but does require you to lay on the floor of the passenger side and sometimes work in some weird positions. Time wise this should take you no more than 30-60 minutes at worst. Some angles were too tight to be able to record but you should have enough information to figure it out from this video.
