My only concern is that for a ramp that is rated to 1000 LBS there's an awful lot of flexing with a bike that weights barely 500lbs. My HD Heritage is 750LBS.

The blue plug on my '04 LR is factory taped back to the loom, and there's no downstream hole in exhaust for a sensor to screw into.. Is this normal?

My recommendation is to ditch the Phillips screws. I hate Phillips screws. I only use the Torx head now. No cam out.

Drain plug you need actual Allen key. Which is hella dumb. Which I don't have or can't find.
@DaveMedicus3 ай бұрын
Most transmissions or transfer cases require Allen keys. I would recommend buying a hex key socket set from harbor freight. They are nice and cheap and easy to put extra torque on them. I have put over 1100ft lbs on them with out them breaking.

L'ho fatto in questo modo perché si avvolge all'interno della porta. Se usassi un pezzo solo non sembrerebbe finito quando la porta è aperta. L'intero lavoro è costato circa $ 5, quindi sprecare un po' di materiale non è stato un problema

Great video. You don't have to remove the tire or the entire inner fender. Keep the lower front clips/ screws attached to the inner fender. Just pull the rear and middle screws/ clips. You'll have a large enough window to do the job

2003 Ford Focus zx3. I successfully replaced the water pump WITHOUT messing with the motor mount. I can be done from underneath the car. The water pump comes out (and the new one goes in) by twisting and pulling the exact right way, with 1 mm clearance (if that). Changing the alternator is 'tight' like that. The water pump is even 'tighter' and there is exactly one way to get it in and out w/o lowering the engine.
@DaveMedicus3 ай бұрын
Thanks for the info. The motor mount is easy and quick to remove and it gave me a lot of room to work with. Removing it saved me a lot of time in the end. Thanks for watching!

@@DaveMedicus I was "afraid" to try, like "what if I can't get it lined back up" or whatever. BTW, since then I sold my beloved Focus to a relative for $500 and bought a perfectly maintained (owned by an Asian chick) 2010 Corolla with clean title, 125k miles for $5250. I still smell her air freshener. :):). The jack and spare have never been used. !

Dave, I have a 2014 Ford Focus SE 2.0 and I cannot find any where that shows how I can instructions on how to replace my fuel filter. Only that my fuel filter is part of my fuse pump and I need to replace the fuel pump. Do you know if this is true and show I just take it to a shop? I already changed out my upper O2 sensor, but my check engine light is still on. My car sputters right after I gas up. Like I said my check engine light is still on, which said that my upper O2 sensor was bad. I have the lower O2 sensor which I am going to change out too. I know a lot to ask but do you have any ideas.
@DaveMedicus3 ай бұрын
Most of the newer ones are inside the tank attached to the fuel pump. They don't need changed until the pump burns up. A lot of the vehicles have an access panel that you can access the pump without removing the tank. Thanks for watching!
