Just bought an ‘03 A6 4.2 with 66k miles in February. My first Audi. Gonna use it sparingly as a second car but it’s hard not to drive it all the time. Quattro is a BEAST

@@automotiveadbuilder Unfortunately no to either. Standard 4.2 wheels, but in still turns a lot of heads. Has the RS6 fender flares, 255 wide tires, etc. Hope you find a clean one!

@natekenny7106 Still nice. Yeah, they had that before the RS6 had come. I drove a ton of them when I ran an Audi pre-owned store. Great cars.

The only thing I didn't like about the 265hp S-Line was that, it had to be a 5sp Tip. Other than that, it was a great Chassis. Always enjoyed my C5 allroads (Yeah, through the years I ended up owning 3 of them).

The manual in the A6 was very clunky. It never felt right. Just like the B5 S4. I think the best C5 A6 was the Sport. Most people still have no idea what it was......do you?

@@automotiveadbuilder It's been a while since owning the C5 chassis, so I could be wrong but wasn't the sport just an aesthetic/suspension package? I could also be thinking about my B6 USP package as well. The clunky/jerky shifts/knob feeling was true for the B5 and C5 as you mentioned. But again just lends credence to the era, and charm.
