You can hear the blower motor working but no air comes out of the vents, its probably not what you think

Gotta give thanks man, awesome video. Got my vents working perfect and a bonus check engine light off, on an 03' Expedition with 300k+ miles that's an achievement.

Big Shout Out to you man i got a tune up and my vent were silent. Watched your video ran all the vacuum lines you suggested and Bingo i was back in the game. It gets hot in South Carolina.

Is the front actuator the same for the distribution. When changing from low to high?

What size hose do I need to buy to fit that T fitting that you replaced?

If my ac is blowing in the back but not the front and it makes a loud grumbling noise after being on for a bit and can hear almost water swishing near passenger airbag how can i fix it? Its a 03 expedition

Sounds like .maybe your evaporator drain is clogged.

They have different sizes just depends on which one it is

so my vents after getting my ac compressor replaced started blowing only out of the defrost vent and foot vents....wont blow nowhere else, took it back guy said he smoked it and no leaks...problem is in the dash with the mode door part area and not in the the vacuum system...Well after we got it back i noticed several lines were off and stuff and i think he forgot which went where possibly? I didnt see the smoke test, but it seems the actual dash door/mode/whatever part hardly goes out compared to rubber hoses on a 04' EB Expy...with 300k miles....Anyway to check myself the part in the dash to see if he is right? He doesnt pull dashes out or anyhing so he said since he didnt cause the issue its on me to fix...kinda IRRITATING

@@HooptiesGarage hood....under the control board piece....two little hoses and I cannot find where they go. I thought maybe they go together and he just left off the rubber coupling, but idk...

I still have problems with this. I had the hose you showed totally soft and ruined so I replaced that, and also another from the brake servo. It improved things, but now I have it intermittently failing, and I can't locate where else I have a leak/collapse.
