There is ribbots instead of T25 screws all around the door panel on my 2007 S550 so maybe exclude that year in your title and if you can make a video on how to do mine

Is this the same procedure for changing the door check strap for all W221's

No there is ribbots in 06-07 instead of t25 screws all around the frame so be wary of that if you have these years
