I bought train sim world for ps5 and ps4 it says it downloaded on my ps5 but I can’t see the game but when I bought it , it said add on , what that means ? Do that mean I gotta train sim world 3 the whole game ?

I don't know on how to help you out with that, I don't own a PS5 myself but there is a 64GB limit issue where you can't have all your add-ons installed. You would go to the installed content menu, whatever that is called, and uninstall any content that you're not going to be using and get down to under 64GB. There is going to be a content manager that is integrated in the game which getting around this easier.
