Easiest blower I've ever taken out. On this Cube there was not a bolt to remove, simply pulled down on the upper tab, rotated blower and puller it out. Done.

I watched your video on how to replace the resistor and you made it looked so easy. i had to take the gas pedal off to get in there. anyway, what else do i need to remove before i can get into the blower motor? thanks

Wish these videos were available when I did my Sentra a few years ago. Mice built a nice nest in my blower and I removed the entire dash to get to to it. HOURS and HOURS of labor.

didn't figure this out, it is in the haynes repair manual copyright 2014, a simple clockwise turn on the assembly and it comes right out. no need to rip it out and damage the fan.

Can you remove the back of the blower housing via the glove box? My blower works, it's just loudly vibrating most likely due to a buildup of leaves etc. I was hoping to attempt to scoop out the debris

I know this is little off topic but I have a 2012 Altima and from my air vents I feel hot air coming out of it even though I have the recirculation button to stop air coming in from outside. Also when ever I am stoped behind vehicle that is diesel,I can smell the nasty diesel inside my cabin even I have the AC on with recirculation button. So my question is how can I fixed this issues because it is very annoying and especially living in Arizona where it's excessive heat. Please guide me on this I would really appreciate it.

OK i want to add to this video ,,I just put a blower motor in a 2012 Nissan Sentra SR 2.0..And this video is right on the money BUT I did not take the black box completely off just unplugged 2 plugs cause i could not get the 3rd plug out lol..omg it is a JOB but,,it is doable and better than taking out the dash,,,,,and the dealer would have charged $1200.00 dollar and I spent $48.76 new 1 on ebay.........works great,,,,Hope this info helps other people...it was a back breaker lord have mercy.!! lol good luck

When I turn my AC on it makes a noise like paper being held in a fan. I want to remove my blower motor, but I have yet to see a video where the blower motor isn't damaged when taken out, so is it possible to remove it without damage?

There alot more to it, than just wiggling it out.

It shouldnt be that different but I have a 2008 Nissan Altima. The blower is literally RIGHT BEHIND the glove compartment. Unscrew the 8 screws holding the glove box in place, snap off the side interior panel. Then you'll see a black cylinder box with a white connector and 3 Phillips head screws. Unsnap the connector at the bottom then pull it free When you unscrew those 3 screws the blower literally falls out. No pulling. NO twisting. NO tugging. I know good a well you dont have to destroy the blower to take it out like wtf lol.

Not all Nissan note are the same in some model you need to take dash out.

You said your doing this for a customer. Can you please tell me how much you charged the customer? I just received my new blower motor and resistor for a 07 Nissan Sentra and I know I can't do the job. I'm not mechanically inclined and not a hands on guy either. My backyard mechanic quoted me 75 bucks for this job. Thanks for the video.

😂😂😂 My friend this a left hooker as we say in the UK, it takes 5 mins. Replace a right hand drive version as I did today, you'll have tears in your eyes, I removed the steering column complete to do the job!

I just got a estimate for this and just the labor was going to be $800

anyone who came here for help with a rogue I'll go ahead and tell you this method does not work. Everything is accurate up until final removal. The rogue has a completely useless metal bar that blocks the motor from being removed this way. Even if you break the squirrel cage the motor assembly does not fit.

Ok, right, you can take it out with FORCE. Putting it back in will damage it.

Now, do it on a RHD car...

With a right hand drive it’s not that easy
