We had a customer call with an issue stating that the front wheels were bowed in. We had them send photos and it turned out it was an issue with the subframe. It was so rusted that it started to collapse in on itself.

Thanks for the video. I'm about to do this job as well. It started with a tie rod replacement, and turned into pretty much the entire front end 😂 wheel bearings, inner/outer tie rods, sway bar bushings and links, and ultimately the cross member. I just got my new crossmember yesterday, but it did not come with any new hardware (no new bolts). From the video, it looked like you reused the existing bolts, correct? One of the away bar bracket bolts already sheared off when trying to remove it, so I hope I don't run into the same issue with the steering rack. I'll be getting new bolts with my new Energy Suspension bushings and brackets, but unfortunately will be reusing the rest of the bolts. So far, nothing has been easy on this car. I had to cut off the jam nuts on the tie rods, and now the snapped bolt on the sway bar bracket, so this weekend is sure to be filled with a variety of four-letter words and possibly busted knuckle or two! Sure wish Chrysler would stand behind their vehicles and offer this as a lifetime recall, even if it's just a one-time replacement. Oh yeah, I almost forgot.... did you ever find the torque spec's for the sub-frame bolts?
