I've repaired dozens of these clusters, they can develop a problem internally and become dim or not work at all. Like Andreap555 says there's also a dimmer, first make sure that is set ok.

No, the Cluster is find, GoPro can't record better that kind of digital clusters.

The car is too big, I have 81kw 1.5dci chiptuned to 96kw/300nm in fluence and its decent! 80-120km/h 4th gear 6.50s
