2007 Toyota Camry no crank no start ( starter relay check)

4 жыл бұрынHey guys, it’s my first time recording a video like this. I had issue with this Camry no crank no start and I couldn’t find any video for it so I decided to share one. I hope you guys find this video helpful. Feel free to ask any question if u have any
These are the step I took in general:
Checking starter relay(Toyota 28300-0a010)
Checking starter
Checking for after market security system
Checking for issue with ignition switch (where I found out there was a wire shorting the system)
And at the end I found out one of main fuse (part no. 82620-33030) wasn’t working properly )
To replace that fuse there are 2 10mm bolt holding it down that you need to take out first. To do so you need to open up the fuse box

The jumper wire worked just fine... I purchased the car for $450, got it to start using you advice, then I sold it for $1700 😁😁

@@zevizee693 Yes!! It was my starter and the car parts place knew of the issue with this but never said anything until people returned it.

if i have no crank but i hear a loud sound once everytime i try to crank. does that mean its sending enough of a signal to the starter?

It sounds like it. if its just a click it most likely is the starter. I would definetely make sure the battery and connections are all good before starting to take out the starter

Which type of wire is this? Copper wire?

you could use any wire type that power goes through,copper is great and you could use that. I simply used the same wire that had 8V power and was going to trunk of the car for stereo, Hope I was able to answer your question

What step-by-step process did you take in reaching the two bolts that secure the Toyota alternator fuse #82620-33030?

its been a long sincce i worked on it to be honest, but i think there were 2 bolt holding it down if im correct. I had hard time taking it out and i dont remember what i did. sorry if i cant be a help on that part

@@mehrabkhoshbakht4805 I know this has been awhile but was your car turning over like trying to crank before you replaced that blue alternator fuse? This was my dad's car and it's been sitting up for a few months. It was running when parked. Thanks for any help you can give.

@@KickDiesel1 hey no it wasn’t starting that’s why I checked for all the fuses and relays. The blue fuse is one of the main fuses for the vehicle. Hope this helps you. Let me know if you have any other question
