I have an '08 ESV Escalade AWD Premium same color interior and exterior. 126,000 miles on it. Had the computer professiinally tuned for better horsepower, better transmission shift points, better fuel mix, removed the speed governor, and all the other upgrades done through the ECU. I use my Escalade as my work truck. I have both rows of rear seats folded down and the back is full of tools and material , a 4ft, 6ft, 8ft, and 10ft ladders inside the truck. Limo black tinted windows including driver and passenger doors and I use black moving blankets to cover the tools, etc... so you can't see anything from outside. I spend so much time driving from job to job on the L.A. freeways I figured I may as well be comfortable, and there is plenty of power and it looks great when I show up on a job because most of my work is for very wealthy, and celebrity clients in the most expensive neighborhoods in L.A. like Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Malibu, etc... and my clients like my truck instead of some beat down white van or truck with tool boxes, etc... parked in their driveway dripping oil or trans fluid .

Had one of these and that damn tick 😂 exhaust leak if it is like the one I had. Still one of my favorite caddy's. Wife had a XTS before her escalade and I have the ATS-V so now the XTS is just our backup

yes the tick sound was from manifold, was replaced at repair shop in switzerland and cost me around 1500 USD for both side (it depends hourly labor cost in swiss) now the tick sound gone. I drove the XTS as rental car in California some years ago and was nice too but it reminds me driving feel like Opel Insignia from Germany car brands, but bigger. because its from GM and driving feel was different than escalade. Escalade was much comfortable than XTS i guess. I had also ATS but as 2.0T. but there was something rear differential noise at around 50k miles and i sold it immediatately after purchase after hear the noise

Hell yeah I said the same thing not 12 seconds in. I have the EXT version, 2008 6.2 and all wheel drive. No tick. But loads of power!

@@ScarabChris i just fixed last week, it was exhaust manifold and there was bit leak. now the engine sounds normal :)

i just fixed last week, it was exhaust manifold and there was bit leak. now the engine sounds normal :)

I have the EXT version, 2008 with the 6.2 ans all wheel drive, Bose, Navigation, retracting running boards and anything else they could pile into a 2008 Caddy. The one in this video has a nasty tick, sounds like a lifter or exhaust leak. This one also has the crap electronics. No Navigation? No auto retract running boards? Don't get me wrong, I am a loyal fan to all Escalades from 2007 to 2014. But this one is not the best one. But hey, if the price is right....

@trident750you can also remove the 3rd row seats completely out of the car as well as tumble fold the 2nd row seats for a huge amount of space. :)

Sadly no aux, only install display screen with bluetooth and wifi connect function

@@TESTDRIVEFREAK i have 2008 and the only aux port i see or looks like an aux port is in the rear or back of the console with yellow red and white plug ins ...im not sure what im doing wrong and i dont think theres blue tooth just a phone button only for on star

at 3rd rows fit only small people like up to 1.65m or kids, only in the middle can fit big people but must stretch legs
