To anyone saying westbrook should've been no 1 pick.. remember rose got that acl .. rookie of the year, next year nba all star, next year mvp and conference finals. So he IS the best player on that draft. Bad luck with that knee.. Westbrook is a beast but how many years took him to be a superstar? Rose was top 10 player by 3 years in the league

Pedro Diaz the thing with Rose that the bulls was his team since the beginning but Russ had KD with him so of course it took him more years to be a superstar

This year Westbrook had his team to his own and get like 6 seed and knocked out in first round, and he is in his prime. So i stay with Rose. And if u say the west has golden state, spurs.. don't forget the east back then 2011 with howard in orlando, boston big 3 coming from a finals appearence and miami big 3 and still getting the 1st seed and conference finals.

Bilas was spot on with this one. Rose over Beasley worked out pretty well. Beasley never became a superstar

Wtf Chicago got a 4.1% chance and ended up with the first pick? The NBA draft is freaking rigged for years since Stern entered. This is the year where Chicago was really struggling and a new exciting kid from Chicago who happens to be the top prospect....what a coincidence.
