The halo light number is H8, the H11 LED is the H8 replacement.
you can find this H8 halo light in many other 2007 and up BMW models like: X3, X5, X6, 3 series, 5 series, 6 series, etc,.. the type of LED light replacement will be the same one but the process to replace the light will be different.

Does anyone know if the bumper needs to be removed to replace the Angel eyes? My mechanic is saying it does. But this video looks easy and no bumper removal.

If it is a H11 plug type, yes.

It looks almost the same to me. Maybe a little bit less yellow but thats it.

H11 won't fit. The mounting brackets are way different. Stick with an H8

So I have a F02 and this one only has one port so I guess not all are made the same

It should have two. As I said, the low side is on the right side (passenger side) right below the air duct that goes to the engine are filter housing. And the other one is in the headlight compartment, you just open the small service panel to get access to it.

You need a special shock with the OEM system error free or system integrated so it can work with the original setup when you seal the driving modes

Hi Franscisco, why is everyone telling me I have to drop or take off my bumper to replace my Engel eyes? I have a 09 750li. I have those same little compartment doors that open up and I see the two bulbs down in there that you’re accessing. I would think it’s as easy as that, but my mechanic told me that the bumper needs to be taken off to access those angel eyes. Is that true or can I just do what you’re doing in this video?

it is clear that the lateral ring lights have more voltage than the usual, question how to increase the rings light beam? thanks.

+Basil AL You can increase the intensity of the angel lights using and brighter LED bulb or HID bulb, I am not sure if the is other way to do it without modifying the OEM halo wiring.

The led lights I installed on the F01 are not on Amazon anymore. Buy you can look at Amazon for a H11 led fanless bulb. That is what you need.

The low side port is located under the right (passenger side) air filter pipe intake The high side port is located in the headlights compartment in the right (passenger side)
