You've done a great film to help others. But all you had to do was take the tire off, take the tire well shield out, then from the top remove the front quarter panel and loosen the top bumper a bit where it connects to the quarter panel and the light moves freely after you loosen the 4 bolts that secure it to the frame. Once it's moving, you can take the three screws which hold the led in the light compartment and change the xenon bulb from the tire well area. No need to remove engine shield or hoist it up. Cheers

Are you serious.. just to replace a headlamp bulb you have to go through all of that.. that's crazy BMW really made sure their car was inconveniently design to perform simple tasks all the way down to a headlight bulb...I could see if I was trying to replace the housing but geez

So the normal driver won’t be able to change a light bulb any more. It’s crazy. I would bother to try it. Leave this to the pros. Thanks.

On my 750 I don’t even put the two Bottom screws on , this car just doesn’t make any sense I’m sorry.. engine gives problems, recall lawsuit , trannies go bad , wheels bend easy, gas guzzler, light bulbs are burried only thing it gives a good ride that’s it
