The Zone Offroad 1.5 in. body lift combines quality cutting edge materials design with an affordable durable construction. It also supports large wheels of 33 by 12.5 inches ensuring that customized trucks with large components also benefit from the adventurous design.
Installation. Zone Off-road has engineered their body kits to require no welding; the 1.5-inch body kit requires a bolt-on setup. However, drilling and cutting are needed for maximum performance. With an experienced mechanic, your body kit will be ready to serve your truck in a day.
Warranty. A lifetime manufacturer’s warranty is provided by Zone Off-road. The warranty provides ample compensation and replacement of components in case of damages and minor cosmetic blemishes. A couple key things he REALLY messed up on. Dont forget you can use that punch or a longer version to guide and line any bolt hole you cant see for these body mounts. Insure ALL wiring gets placed BACK into its vibration control points. Headlight harness did not get secured. For the ground strap extension bracket. You want to ruff up the side touching frame and you want to rough up the new bolt with wire brush. Make sure you do the bed spacers with rubber supports just like he did. Half assing or taking a shortcut here will make noise and drama forever. If you orientate those blocks sideways, you have a small chance of wind bouncing up under there and causing noise. If they are aligned with forward travel, you are not likely to make odd noises. The rear bumper harness and wires can be brittle, move and place them gently. Take this time to inspect/clean and use some goo on the trailer plug, you prob wont be back here for another 10yrs. When cutting your bumper, it only has to clear a small part on the hitch, dont go crazy here, you see he had more then plenty space in the end. Great video tho.

3" body lift has a TON of wires ending up lose all around the vehicle. They dont give enough extensions or zip ties. you just keep pulling harness out of holders to reach. I strongly recommend only doing the 1.5" body lift, it allows for 3 inches more of Tire.

So with this body lift you won't have to mess with the fuel tube or any wires or gas lines or how about the steering knuckle

Do not do this!!! For less money and work you can buy a 2” leveling kit guys.. plz don’t do this to new trucks. Brake lines are stretched, parking brake line, electrical lines, steering shaft is at the limit, it isn’t a good idea. This is for old shitty trucks not new trucks. Spend $99 at rough country and buy a leveling kit.. unreal people still would do a body lift lol
