Just replaced mine today on my 2012 Buick Enclave! Took less than 10 min to do. Great video!

Excellent video! Thanks for telling me about the push button on the electrical connection. I would have missed it. I really appreciate you telling me what size socket to use. I’m 70 years old and prone to dropping things, so not having to check several sockets to get the correct size saved me from looking for dropped sockets. In that same vein, I put the oil cap back on while working with the engine cowl removed. Dropping something down the open oil filler would be a disaster.

Omg thank you for doing this video! After replacing my fuel pump and fuel drive module I was still having the same issue when I would fill up on gas with a no start. After watching your video went and spent $46 on the part and five mins and it worked. I took my gas cap off before I started the car and put it back on and my car started right up and then tested it by taking the gas cap off while it was running and it didn’t shut off. So thanks for sharing it was exactly what I needed.

Great video. Buick looks just like mine. Was ready to push the Buick away from the gas pump a couple times. Looked up on Google the reason for it not starting after a fill up and found you're video on KZfaq. 👍

thanks bro you did contributed to someone here, mine does the same thing after putting gas on it will take a few seconds of trying to turn over, or we will sit on the gas station for like 2 minutes then it would turn over and yes guilty of filling her all the way because i don't want my wife to do it here self and not wanting myself to do it often lol

Had this problem with my Ford Edge and same problem I go to start it after putting gas in and it would have a hard time or start then die and have to do it again and then be on my way. Swapped this out and no more problems

Here I am 2 years later with the same problem.I have driven the car with the check engine light for the past year if it wasn't for the fact that I have to smog it this year I would just let it go but I need to replace it in order for my car to pass.Seems like the part I bought two years ago did not !ast too long.

Not sure if you will get this. But that hose you take off, before the screw, after the electrical plug. What is that hose called? Mine broke…. And maybe you can help with this as well. At the beginning, your hand touches the silver thing at the front. What would that hose be called as well. I believe the silver thing is vacuum pump. My hose broke to that as well…

Awesome video… so what’s your advice for an enclave shuttering at low speed and accelerating? I just changed out the Pcv valve today and the back one was pretty bad shape? And seems like it’s helped but still has some shuttering… I just don’t know now.. any ideas would be appreciated.. thanks in advance

The best thing you can do with an enclave is drive it off the fucking Grand Canyon. Worst car we have ever owned in 50 years.

Great video ! After learning I had a bad purge valve I called my Buick dealer and they quoted me $350-$450 "....depending on the location of the bad valve." YIKES!!!! Decided to check KZfaq !!!! I bought an aftermarket replacement for $47 at AutoZone (Advance Auto, O'Reilly and NAPA were all more expensive!) It took me all of 4 minutes to replace with a simple 10mm ratchet. Then AutoZone's tool lending program lent me the diagnostic tool to delete the check engine light error on the dash. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for this great video !!!!

Awesome!!! I just changed my air filter and noticed the hose running to that was just pushed up against it. The inner tube was broken off inside. I've only have the car for about 6months and noticed it cranked for an extended period of time after fill up. This probably explains it. Thank you for sharing.

I already ordered mine . It does the same thing after fillups not so often but I don’t want it to get worse.Also ordered the PCV . That should take care of my Check Engine light.
