That whistling noise coming from the turbo on reving the engine is this normal on these 2.0 tdci engines

Have the same engine on my 2010 Mondeo. As far as I can tell. This enige is the best model of all the engines they used in all the Mondeo variants(inclduing other cars that use it too). Its very reliable, has proper power and the maintance is rather easy even for me. At least I even dared to change the belt myself and it was fairly easy for a first timer even(of course with all the great help you find on the internet and youtube). From what I have heard, there is a bigger chance that the Mondeo rots away than the engine dies. Heard that the clutch is done at 200k usually. Lets see when I have to replace mine (167k at the moment)

I have same engine, 2008 , just replaced my clutch and flywheel at 145k .

I've got 150k and clutch, flywheel was replaced at 2020

169k I got to and it was at the rivits. Replace rear main seal and master cylinder whilst you're at it.

225k miles. Just replaced my turbocharger. Difficult to replace, behind the engine.

Tengo el mismo motor en mi Focus C max del 2005. Comprado de segunda mano, actualmente 390 Mm. Buena potencia y par motor descomunal, es una joya, va como un misil. Desde que yo lo tengo: dos baterías, alternador, embrague y bimasa, pastillas de freno y neumáticos. Más problemas menores que yo mismo he resuelto: fuga en inyectores 1 y 2, manguito del intercooler, 1 tubo de retorno, interruptor luz marcha atrás y recientemente, código P 2263 de turbo, totalmente resuelto con cambio de electroválvula del actuador del turbo. Ningún síntoma de vejez y es un gran placer la conducción.

My one have run 350k km only oil changes and all filters every 20k km and by 200k km new timing belt. This was all.

20k??? Bro your engine will die sooner, try to change oil at 8-10k, as i do. My car is tunned to 180hp with 300k km and its great

140 PS é motor psa ? Parecer parece ser psa olhando o motor e a colocação dos componentes Mas para ser psa com injeção da marca da injeção com norma psa Seria 2.0 diesel com 136,150,163 PS certo ? Mas esse é um ford com 140 PS será então que não usa injetores con a norma da psa no fabricante que fabrica injetores para a psa ou também bombas injetoras e régua do rail e sensor , VOCÊS COMENTAM TANTO E PERGUNTAM TANTO E NÃO VÃO A ESSES DETALHES !!! na verdade quase ninguém especifica bem em todos os canais KZfaq ninguém seja A MARCA QUE FOR !! O que se aprende aqui neste mesmo vídeo ??? E diria o motor está já km muito km e esses motores aus 200.000 é igual a um mercedes 220cdi com 300.000 km na passa de um motor psa um motor que nem genuíno francês eu acredito que eles tem ka ajudas de várias empresas europeias assim como os chineses agora copiam psa até nos partes do corpo do carro que aí é psa e grupo italiano em união sendo que é muito forte e rei até o grupo italiano em criatividade em ajuda para a psa caso contrário a psa grupo estaria muito mas fraca a marca em enormes sucessos de vendas Principalmente em carros de trabalho Onde reina em interior eletronica italia carroçaria grupo Fiat é que domina ordena dentro da stalantis a psa não é só jamás !!! Eles tem sempre as ajudas do grupo italiano e o grupo italiano acredito que pouco precija da franceses , mas sendo que psa não é tudo engenharia dós franceses eu não acredito nesse asusto .
