Trust me you do not want novas late 2007 and up by the stm they are scrap! Terrible busses!

Quebec is a very secular province that is hard to define. They wine like children when they get a raw deal (i.e equalization) but they tell their transit agencies to buy their buses only from Novabus just because the plant is in Quebec. They get equalization from other provinces but wont buy buses from them. Sad!
