Han Hyo Joo is very charming when she smiles. She is a very good actress. Very good performance in the Drama Dong Yi. Good chemistry with the actor who played the role of a king. Looking forward to watch some of your other dramas.

Everytime it comes to an important part of the story line, it is blocked by "private viewing". Very dissapointing. I really enjoy viewing Dong Yi, but would really like to see the blocked segments.

It makes no sense to me when Dong Yi dared to call his beloved father "a criminal." She should have told the King, "I'm a daughter of the marshal, and he was framed!"

i guess there was no evidence to prove that he was framed so she couldn't say that he wasn't a criminal

I think at this point Dong Yi hadn't realized that the King love her that much to the point where had she told him about how her father was allegedly framed,he would have believed her and sought to clear his name.And this is the palace where one wrong move could be rewarded with a jail sentence for life

Her father is still a criminal by law even if Dong Yi knows he and the Sword Fraternity was innocent. Even if she tells the King that they were framed, she doesn't have any evidence to back her up.

Probably but the chief had a duty of honor to protect Dong Yi. After all her father sacrificed his life to save chief Seo's life. Without the sacrifice the killers would have come after Seo as well. Chief Seo was an honorable man and despite his mistakes he was kind as well.
