I watched many videos on this topic. This one by far was the ONLY ONE that worked for us! We recently bought the car, The blade refill in my rear wiper would not just pop out, and several people tried it. This was the least risky and most effective. Perhaps the quicker "pull it out" methods may now work, but this was the video I saved for future use. Thank you!

Super helpful! Much more helpful than the guys at the auto parts store that wanted to take the bolt off the whole flange to remove it. I did it myself at home with the help of your video :)

Thank you for taking the time do go through this. I have a 2011 Terrain with that exact wiper cover, and I couldn't ofr the life of me figure out how to remove it to make the installation / removal easier.

Just used this video to change the rear wiper on my 2010 Terrain but only after snapping a small plastic piece off before realizing that there was a cover that could have prevented that

2011 Equinox ( same) pull arm up, pull down on middle of wiper blade pops right out . Put back in opposite. Did it by removing spring then found out this way is much faster.

Hi I know this video was a few years ago but I recently bought the same vehicle! I found out that it didn’t have a blade in it so went to Auto Zone to replace it and the guy said it was missing the peice the blade clips into that I have to order it! I can’t find it anywhere! Mine is exactly like yours where it’s the nut cover but everyone I find is one whole peice! Do u know where I can find it or is it ok to just order the arm and cover just one peice?

I broke mine the first time I tried to change the blade. Mine is a 2010 but the arm looks just like that one but I can't seem to find a replacement. All the ones I've found have a metal arm with one solid plastic cover. If any one can help

Any idea where to find the replacement for the wiper arm that you removed in the video? Mine broke. This seems to be a less popular design from GM and I've had no luck finding it anywhere online. Might just have to go to the dealer.

Just popping the wiper out from the thing and putting a new one in is easiest
