Hello everyone! Today's video will be about the Malaysian-spec 2011 Volvo S80 four door saloon with the 2.5 litre B5254T10 turbocharged petrol engine producing 228 hp (231 PS) paired to a 6-speed automatic.

Bro, can you explain how much the normal routine maintenance costs (per annually) for this model 2011, S80 if do the services at Volvo Service Center (SC) compare with if do the service at outside workshop...and if you had experienced of spare parts replacements, please kindly advise also the costing...because now I'm looking forward to buy 1 of this model...Current car owned are Ford Focus, Proton Waja and Perodua Myvi...

Does this S80 have a black headliner? I have never seen this on a S80. Do you know where this one is produced? I think this one was fabricated in China. It divers on some points compared to the ones produced in Sweden.

Almost all Volvos sold in Malaysia are produced in Malaysia. Except for some that came fully imported from Sweden or Belgium depending on the model. The current owner of this vehicle changed the original Blond headlining to an aftermarket black headlining, presumably because the original one had been sagging due to its age and under Malaysian heat.

Top speed excess of 230 km/h .

As mentioned in the video, top speed of the S80 2.5T automatic is 210 km/h, which is a manufacturer claimed figure. Any figure beyond that can be attributed to various real world factors.

Yes you are correct. If check post facelift 200hp 07 to 09 models it was 230km/h. By manufacturer. Anyway I tested a stock 2012 last batch 2.5t before the t5 Ford 4 cylinder models excess of 230km/h was effortless. Think Volvo was down playing the figures. Anyway great review. Thanks
