@ not at all. It was basically only driving about 8,500 per year. Those are good miles for a car of that year. Go for it.

This video was great. He demonstrated various features that I never knew about. Like pushing down the driver and passenger window switches lowers all of the windows.

I'm seriously thinking of purchasing a 2011 Jetta SEL loaded. Is this car reliable? I've been hearing horror stories online yet my friend who own's a 2014 Jetta says its quite reliable with no issues.

I just got my 2014 Jetta Comfort Line couple of days ago. I really like the car due to its ride quality. Unfortunately I don't have a Navigation system in it or the touch screen feature. But what do have is the Bluetooth feature but that is in french. I have not able to use the command feature because its in french. Is there a way to reset to English or get the dash reinstalled and also I have a question about the locking mechanism of the car. When the vehicle is locked when driving the passengers can open the doors without pushing any buttons. I want to know if I can toggle that.

If you want to open all the windows before entering your car, it is easier to hold the unlock button of your key.

hello!! how are you?. There's a channel 340 on SiriusXM and can't listen in my car because when i try to get that channel it's impossible to put that channel in this radio, can you help me with that... i just can type two numbers when i change channel on this radio.

Emich Volkswagen I just purchased one. I connected it to my dock in the glove compartment (2011 Jetta 2.5 SE) and nothing happens. I checked the owners manual and it didn't help. All I hear is a 'tick' noise and nothing happens. Is there anything I can do to make it work or is the cable just faulty? Thank you.

Is there anyway i can lock the car from the door locks, not by the car key? I tried holding the lock button on the door, and i tried pressing it few times and still nothing happens. The only way i can lock my car doors is thru the car key. By the way, mine is 2012 GLI, so it's not so different from the one being shown in this video.

I have a VW Jetta 2011 TDi, and I have gone through three different stock stereos (since owning the vehicle in 2018). This is obviously pitiful performance from these stereos. I have no idea what causes to just stop working. There was no triggering event that I’ve been able to pinpoint. Any recommendations on a replacement stereo?

Just buy an aftermarket CarPlay compatible radio. It's super easy to install on this Jetta since it already has a double din opening.

Yes.. I have 2011 se 2.5l.. 5sod but.. no sunroof!.. I have seen them with sunroofs.

If there is a Bluetooth button in the screen of your car radio then you can probably connect it. You just have to be very fast. If it doesn't connect then take the key out and try again. You have to put the phone into Bluetooth scanning mode at the exact same time as you turn the ignition. Don't turn on the engine, just the ignition. Then find the VW and press on it very quickly. On the older cars the time it accepts a new connection is very short. Once your phone is paired to the car you have to connect the Bluetooth every time you turn on your car. You don't have to do it the same way any more because your phone is paired now, so just turn on the engine and then connect the Bluetooth while the engine is running. You can then disconnect if you don't want to play music. If you don't do it every time you turn the engine on it will forget your phone and next time you want to use it, you have to pair again.

The only reason I like the mk5 is there are many more easy engine mods that my 2011VW Jetta Se 2.5l won't take becuz of that fckn power steering belt system! 😖.. oh also my year has brake drums in the rear!.. but style and weight are better I think for mk6 &up
