Hey guys, just a teminder... If your car is an automatic, It is NOT a LS3...The stick is a LS3.426hp,..The auto will have the screen underneath....The LS3 will not...The 400hp 6.2 auto has active fuel management the screen is required for that...Just in case some of you are digging for a screen on your LS3....Carry on!! Great video!!

Finally someone shows the little screen filter that is associated with the sensor and how to remove it.My friend needs her car fixed and she has no clue on what we go through to find answers to save them money. Gas and drive fast is how she drives.Have to remind her cars need oil too.Cheers to you Boss......

Great thing on these videos showing and telling about issues on cars. You might not have knowledge or tools to do it yourself but at least you can educate yourself when you take it get fixed.

Thank you!!! I really appreciate that. I’m having another issue and I think it’s common problem with these years Camaros. I think ima make a video this weekend about it. Maybe it will help out someone in the feature, no 1 made a video about it yet and I seen someone talking about it on the forum years ago but as usual no solution. I think I’ll make a video of it all while I’m going through it.

Thanks a lot for your video, it's much appreciated. I am going to remove the intake, I cannot seem to be able to remove the plug as is. I'll report back.
@Dahita5 жыл бұрын
Ok, as an amateur it took me about 3 hours to remove the fuel injector line and the intake manifold. It's infuriating to have to do all this for a tiny sensor, but I could not have removed it otherwise. I broke the two hard plastic dark tubes in the process, had to be creative to fix them. But it works; I was able to get to my sensor and change it very easily once everything removed. Thanks again for your video, it really helped me save $500.

Same thing happened to me! Engine wasn’t knocking? Car was driving fine so I figured it was the sensor.
@kinginmortal57204 жыл бұрын
Yoloswaggins what if i have no oil preassure and engine sounds like its knocking?
@EPHRAIMrising4 жыл бұрын
@@kinginmortal5720 it's a little more complex then. I'd still get it read to see what codes it might be throwing. But, if it's not getting good pressure & hasn't previously been knocking, or has suddenly started knocking A LOT more in tandem w/the engine light & the pressure gauge showing low readings... then it could mean that the top of your engine isn't getting oil (or not nearly enough).. which can ruin or significantly damage parts of the engine the more it is driven while still symptomatic. So, I'd drive it as little as possible before having it looked at. If the option is available, it's better not to even actually drive it to the shop given a sudden knock (or increase) combined w/true low pressure. Easier to justify paying for a one way tow than having to redo an entire engine PLUS pay a tow when/if you throw a rod while driving an engine hard that can't properly get oil to the top of your engine.

What tool did you use to remove it?
@Humble_Lyfe5 жыл бұрын
So I had some type of liquid leaking by the front driver side of the axle frame. At first I thought it was oil from motor or the transmission. And I end up realizing it was actually the radiator upper hose. Because you see the radiator upper hose. Is right close to the cool air intake.. and I tried cleaning the CAI One day, and while I was taking the cool air intake box (by the way this is bone stock CAI) I took the 2 clips that keep the cover of the air intake close, and when I tried to remove it. I pushed the cover of the CAI against the radiator upper hose causing a damage to the hose. This might help someone of you people. What I did. Since I didn't wanted to do much on the Camaro. I wrapped tape. It was good more a while. But since the motor produces heat waves under the hood. The heat penetrated on the tape. Causing the tape to loosen up and not sticking to well... This might help some of y'all. Cuz I to me it looked like oil but it's not... it's actually antifreeze that kinda looks similar to oil.
