Bahaha, I’m so happy to come across another Eos review by Bill. Bill is the kinda honest car salesman I’d buy anything from, I wish more were like you. Just bought an Eos and so excited to pick her up.

Thanks for the video Bill.... my wife just bought a 2012 EOS tonight so your video comes in handy. I think she'll have lots of fun with her "new" convertible Volkswagen EOS.

I bought one just under a month ago (2012 EOS SE), it's exactly the same color as the one in the video (Horizon Blue Metallic with Corn silk Beige interior), same cream leather interior however I have the 2.0 TDi engine with Bluemotion start stop technology , i don't have the DSG shift , mines a manual gearbox , no complaints so far , she starts immediately , i got a different entertainment system, mines the RNS 510 with satellite navigation ,it has an unusual quirk (which i have switched off).. in addition to the proximity display when you reverse the car there's an option to give out an audible voice warning you that the car is reversing , when you buy an EOS don't expect to rag it around like a GTI , it's a cruiser which comes into it's own when those sunny days arrive.

Bill you need to come out here to California. It’s breezy and in the 70s right now. Just 2 days ago on Wednesday it was pouring rain and there was thunder and lightning as I was sitting in traffic in century city.

The eos is relible if well taken care of. I have a 2013 black eos, very beautiful looking coupe car, but I was one of those people that thinks, if the dealer tells me not to change fluids, I won’t. So my dummyhead didn’t change the dsg trans fluid and my transmission went out at around 53k miles. I bought a new one and been taking care of the car like crazy. Now it’s almost at 70k miles and running strong. The only downside I found from owning this car is that my injectors went faulty last year, had to replace all of them, I guess it could be because of the gasoline I was using or maybe some injectors treatment I used in the past, but other than that, it’s a pretty zippy car, very atractivos that it stills turns heads around. If someone wants to get an EOS, I would recommend getting the facelift version, it looks better and mecatronics are enhanced.

I own one , same color (Horizon Blue metallic) , the seat color is Cornsilk Beige , i see no Bluemotion technology in this car .the radio in this car is not the RNS510, i saw no park distance device. My car is a 2.0 Tdi , i enjoy driving it.

The check engine light just came on, but I have 230,000 kms on a 2008. It drives great! I can’t wait until spring to drive it again.
