Hi i think i have the same problem, engine is nocking on low speed no fault codes, specialist tested the injectors and they tested well, i’ve tested teh wires and the tested also well, wich part you have changed?

Sourced OEM injectors from VW for $135each, including o-rings and copper crush/seals. Had to buy a Schley tool for pulling them out. Recoded/adapted new injector IDs using my copy of VCDS and it worked wonderfully. no more noises.

My motor 1.6tdi golf 7 81kw 2015 is leaking oil around inectors on top of motor,i think if i change rubber and seals around it it wil stop leaking?

It will stopped leaking but this model injectors common faults.

Oil cap is source of leaking. Have same problem on my Polo 1.6 77kw. Problem solved for about 30€

Did you replace the cap to fix this? I have heard something needs sealing somewhere but cant find anything else about it.

@@p3t39970 my mechanic did the job. yeah, he fix it with sealing mass. don't know specifically where or between what...

I have replaced all the seals and copper washers with genuine twice, changed the oil and filter, fuel filter and pressure sensor, DPF regen and still having them leak out the top! Van drives spot on otherwise? Can anyone help?

@@swh1203 cracked Inlet you mean? The van is no louder so I’d say the exhaust manifold is good

@@ReggieMan85 if it is carbon sludge then i suspected check for blockage of DPF

@@swh1203 okay thank you will do, it all started when I was doing the DPF regen it then popped the top seals and I’ve had the problem ever since

Still having this issue, replaced all 4 injectors, filters again, all seals and washers and still leaking. Van runs like ass I’m almost at the point of just scrapping it but it’s not even 10 years old 🤦🏻‍♂️

Hi I have the same problem the caddy with same engine before I take off the injector there was a lot of oil around they injector and car had noise I was thinking the noise is from camshaft but once I take off the head Cover and checked camshaft and lifters all are good I didn’t not find any fault what do you think the engine noise was like camshaft or lifter problems but all are fine do you think it was from injector and which washer did you changed ? Thank you

Injector flushed from specialist and everything ok. The problem was nozzle was stuck being failure of injection at a low speed. Once you removed injector recommend to changed washers and O rings as well as fixing bolts.
