It would probably be a good idea to first use compressed air to blow away any dirt and debris so that it doesn’t fall into the engine e we hen the plugs are out.

@@RBTheMechanic Got out early this morning before the heat arrives and got on my spark plug job. It was just as easy as your video showed. It did take me about 45 minutes but that included going back and forth to the garage a couple of times for tools. I took it out for a test drive and felt a major difference. My power is back! This is a great video to say the least. Most videos on this model Honda Accord have almost no maintenance videos on it. I know a lot of people bought the online-4 cylinder version. But the V6 is smoother, have crazy torque, has a muscular sound, have good fuel economy, & as smooth as butter compared to the four-banger. I’d love to see a valve cover gasket replacement on one of these.

@@RBTheMechanic Yes indeed, I can’t wait for that video! Reason being is that I know how to work on the Honda/Acura J-series V6 design for the most part. But since after the model year 2012 V6 Accords Honda made some changes to with the valve covers. They seems to be using plastics for some parts.

So I just recently had to do an emergency change of my spark plus, my engine started to miss fire 2.5 hours into the middle of nowhere, on Christmas. Luckily, I keep enough spare tools/parts in my pilot. But the last few days, I've been getting a buring acric smell coming from the Vents whenever I have the air on. Any clue what might be causing it?? My car isn't misfiring and overheating/smoking, and my MPG has actually been very good for the time of year. I haven't had time to go back into the engine and get a good look, with End of the Year work obligations. Any advice would be much appreciated.

How many miles dose ur engine has on it? And misfire I would swap coil and plug from that cylinder to another cylinder to see if it switches spots of misfire and about the smell I would check cabin filter and if there’s anything leaking around engine bay
