I'm not a truck guy, but this is one of the few trucks I'd consider owning.

The reason that Chevy discontinued the Avalanche and Escalade ext and why Ford discontinued the Sport Trac is because many people sadly don’t like Sport Utility Trucks. I personally love sport utility trucks. The weird thing is is that the Honda Ridgline is making good sales. Hyundai is making a new thing called a crossover truck. Jeep made a new mini Sporty truck.

The foldable midgate is an absolute game changer. A must have imo .

Dear GM. Please bring make a new 2018 one.

this was at the era that trucks and SUVs really started to get nice luxury features before that were only available in a few crossovers an SUVs before this, but this one really predicted the future for how trucks would become as luxurious as lexuses, acuras, and cadillacs.

I’m gonna buy a 2019 Chevy silverado high country when I am grown up. It will be a little cheaper and older but still a great truck. That’s the new GM luxury truck.

Purchase the dealerships extended warranty! It will add some money to your monthly payment but it’s well worth it. I bought a 2011 SRX4 2.8T that had only 26,006 miles on it but it had no warranty. I bought the extended warranty and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. The lift gate blew because the sunroof was clogged and leaking, bad front ball joints, driver side power window broke as did the power door lock sensor. The the sunroof shade started bunching up ($900 out of pocket) so that had to be replaced. The backup camera stopped working and then I hear there’s a recall on the rear differential!! So far I’ve had well over $7,000 + worth of repairs done to the damn thing. I do love it and especially the Bose 5.1 surround sound system but if one more damn thing breaks on it I’m trading it in for something else!!

Neat. Of late watched a lot of Escalade vids, which i consider the V finest SUV on the market. Came up in its Wikipedia and YT recommended it. Haven't dumped my DVD discs - an 8" screen is hard for rear passengers to see.

My dream luxury truck. This is awesome compared to Lexus trucks.

I think it got discontinued because of the way the trucks looked before the black dimand edition on the avalanche. The truck looked cheap and no one wanted it so they made a special edition and stoped making them as a whole.

Very cheap materials in the ext and avalanche. Still i do like mine. But GM had crap interiors back when.

You don't know your car cars very well do you? the Cadillac Escalade came out before Avalanche. Saying a hundred thousand clicks most people don't know what that means so how many miles is on it and how much is it don't have time to listen to a 10-minute boring video

I'm gonna call BS. I have a 2007 ext and it's exactly the same. Not a 2013. I believe caddy stopped making them in 2007.
