@@goat_life254 Yeah enjoy it now before you get headers though. Once you get those, the whine can only be heard from the exterior unfortunately. Although the exhaust does sound fantastic. 👌🏻

@@blurayzl1 damn that sucks. Well, maybe a 2650 one day! Mine is a Canada car, is that why it has a black engine cover with red lettering? I looked it up and everyone says that a Holden part.

@@goat_life254 Hmmm that’s a good question. To my knowledge all 5th Gen ZL1’s came with a red cover. But there were a number of aftermarket painted versions sold. I’d be willing to be it has an aftermarket or custom painted cover. Mine is being custom painted in blue by a shop as we speak actually lol.

It’s honestly hard to remember, I’ve had headers now for over a year and can barely hear it inside the car anymore unfortunately. People say it still whines very loud on the outside of the car though.

Nope can’t hear it anymore. Only on the exterior when I’m heavy on the throttle.

The car actually has headers, lower pulley, injectors, ported throttle body, big gulp intake, fuel pump booster, and a tune from Jannetty Racing now. Makes around 600whp. I’ll post new videos soon. 👍

Spent 200 on mine

Can’t go wrong with the LS engine. Very reliable and easy to make power. I bought mine with 6,000 miles for the mid 30 range.
