@@donovansimison9336 there’s nothing wrong with the Mt82 transmission. You only run into problems if you’re trying to shift past 7k rpm, which you shouldn’t be doing by the way, especially not in a v6. Only ppl complaining about the mt82 is the dummies that’s redlining their car 🤷🏿‍♂️

@@antoniohoward8529 I take it you don’t know how to drive a sports car and yes there is tons of problems with the mt82. Google it since you clearly don’t own one. Sloppy shifts, notchy gears, temperamental, can’t handle even basic bolt ons, Known to blow up on tracks, Lockout of gears. You literally have to mod ur transmission in order to not get lockout after 5k rpm Bushings, lines, shifter and aftermarket clutch are manditory just to drive it properly. The only time my82 are ok stock is if your putting it around town. Also redline is not 7k, it’s different depending on ur intake manifold and tune For instance mine (boss 302 intake w/tune) is 7600, stock is 6800, the truck one is 6500, cobra jet is is 8000 Also red lineing is not bad. Holding it at red line can be going to redline isn’t. Driving the car properly on and off track is also not bad for it. You should really learn about cars, auto cross and drag racing more before you talk about them.

@@donovansimison9336 I got 100k on mine shift smooth just doesn't handle the power of the coyote or a built 3.7 but stock it's fine for a 3.7.
