The event takes place from Crocus City Hall, Moscow, Russia and is hosted by Miss Universe 2012, Olivia Culpo and comedian Nick Teplitz. The event begins at 8pm MSK with one hour of pre-roll.

We'll I personally believe that every contestant are beautiful, but I don't think that people should be bashing miss Philippines and saying bad stuff to her.. What did miss philippines did to you that made you hate her?... Tatar people are ethnic minority in Russia and they are considered Turkic, whose origins are from Central Asia. The Miss Russia in this edition has Tatar ancestry. When she won her national title, a lot of Russian online users trolled her saying that she was not Russian enough because her appearance was different from most Russians.

That very well maybe true cause Venezuela has won it many times I believe. And this year I think she looks amazing. Brazil also have been in the top also. But I have to say I would give it to Jamaica just for her answer on what she wants to be in the future..LMAO!!! She's also gorgeous as well. She said she wanted to be the next "Anthony Bourdain"..lol. Hes got the best job in the world. Travels wherever he wants. Eats, drinks & learns about the culture without even paying a dime..lmao!!! I follow the 2013 competition quite closely and the 1st runner up spain patricia rodriguez i have her as my predicted winner, and the girl who got my attention the most. the way i felt about her is how i felt about vietnam in 2018 but in the end thet both sadly didnt win. Now what i love about this edition that makes my most personal favourite is that to me this edition has the best activities for all of the contestants they drove mercedes benz race cars walked the tony ward runway did several photoshoots, and the contestants are the most stunning in my opinion, Olivia culpo is one of my personal favourite miss universe winners.

sammy my dear by saying that you are only suggesting that you are a PINOY!!!! you sound like a pinoy!, look like a pinoy? and smell like one too? or just plain mejicano? last year you hated olivia, and baptized janine tonguelong! and screwed up soup-soup the previous year! the pinoys were by your standards the maids of the universe! how come you change your mind and upgrade them? now they are tall, elegant and regal? hon, make up your mind becuase this is very confusing!

The poor old thing was the ABSOLUTE oldest and ugliest of all the Latinas this year. she turn Miss Universe into MRS. UNIVERSE! Maybe she won because she was close to Donald Trump's AGE!!! sly guevara- The Oldest and ugliest Bitch on Gods Green Earth is wearing the miss universe crown which was bought and paid for by Ms.Osmel Sosua, Yeah he paid Trump to let that Over the Hill snakelady wear the crown because anyone that watch this pageant can clearly see she's Old as Hell and the Uglist of All the Latin Ladies for the year 2013. She should enter Miss universe 1989 instead of 2013.
