I'm a lifelong, born and raised Kentucky fan, and I'm still sick they weren't able to finish the perfect season in 2014-15. That said, mad respect to Coach Bray and his Notre Dame team for the guts and determination they showed the entire game. If I'm being honest, if games were decided on "deserve" then Notre Dame should've won this game because for about 95% of the game they flatly outplayed Kentucky. I'm not sure what the final numbers were, but for most of the game they out-rebounded Kentucky, they had more points off of turnovers and 2nd chance points than Kentucky, and they out-hustled Kentucky. It was only because of Karl-Anthony Towns play in the post, becoming a beast on the block in the 2nd-half that UK was able to right the ship. I was happy the Cats got the win, but no shame for the Irish the way they played this game. GO CATS!!
