So....After 5 min...(I fast forward to the end..sorry). you are telling us it could be the rebuilt starter...So what is the verdict? I certainly hope that you has this issue resolved after you upload this video...

Too damn long getting to the point

Hommie the solution is easy…it’s the starter relay. Not sure if you got one that actually worked but you could also have a starter problem. In this case there is only two possible problems.
