I didn't think I would like this model, but after watching this short film, I would give BMW my money. Very nice design, I love the side profile. And the front fascia with the Halo running lights look great. The rear seat space is quite comfortable looking. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and auto expertise. This is one of my favorite channels to watch.

Great review, thanks for taking the time to do an English version! For those who keep asking what's the point of this vehicle, I have to say that it's ideal for me. I want the good looks of a coupe (and this looks very, very nice) with the practicality of 4 doors so my 2 kids can get in and out nice and easy. Really looking forward to checking this out when it arrives in showrooms later this month :)

Great review. I just leased one of these. Someone asked why someone would buy this rather than a 3 series. This car looks FAR more stylish. It gives style with more practicality than a 2 door coupe.

Nice review and quite funny too. I like the shape of the 4 series but need four doors so was looking at the 3 but felt like I had to compromise on my styling preference which I don't like to do. But since its for work purpose I guess I thought I can't have it all. This Gran Coupe allows me to 'have it all'. It's perfect.

Thank you very much. I hate to tell you though, that I dont expect any 435d/335d xDrive review anytime soon. When it comes to test cars, we want to show the X5, 5series Wagon, i8 of course and 1series five doors. That shall be on our schedule until the end of the year. I'm really debating on buying either the 535i or the 435i grand coupe. Just like you, I have 2 kids and a 2 door coupe isn't going to work and I sort of find the 535i body style a little boring. Here in the states the 435i grand coupe comes out close to $60k out the door. I think its too pricey even for a beauty like this car. Anyways, great video!

Good video. Thanx! 4 series Gran Coup looks much better than 3 series sedan or 3 series Gran Turismo. My question is if this car will be available with manual transmission. I know that in U.S. it is not available even you special order it. So I wonder if Europe has it. Thanx.

Alan K In Europe - well at least in Germany - you can order the 4series Gran Coupé with manual transmission as well - except the two strongest diesel engines. The BMW 430d Gran Coupé and the 435d come with automatic transmission only. [Jan]

Well i m going for 435ix one, if u build your own, with all the stuff u can get, yes the price is high, but not higher then the default "mid-high" end cars :) i guess the default price of 428 is around 40-45k eur ?

Ausfahrt.tv i mean the front wheels look like this \ / , while they should not deviate much from looking like this l l . Something you would only see on cheap aftermarket wheels that have the wrong offset.
