Nissan GT-R Mods:
Modified OEM Turbos (current owner doesn't know exact specs but claims it's close to nismo turbos)
Full turboback exhaust
Intercooler kit
Intakes
Upgraded fuel system
E85 tune
Camaro ZL1 Mods:
Camshaft
Full exhaust system
Intake
Lower pulley
Heat exchanger
93 tune with Meth injection
1st race was from 50 MPH
2nd race was from 65 MPH
3rd race was from 65 MPH
4th race was from 50 MPH (GT-R used RAL)

This is what I'm talking about, super close. The top end of the ZL1 was impressive, and the GTR's rolling anti-lag was brutal thrust.

That gtr anti lag was brutal. I even had to ask him the next day if he turned up the boost for that run and he said no. Big difference!

60-65 isn’t the best start for us R35 guys, why there was a big difference with antilag. Nice to see the Zl1 hang. They’ve come a long way.

Love the color absolutely! And the sound on the outside, plus how it sounds when shifting. Looked at how much it costs in the US, and saw it'll set you back at least 60k. I can't spend that money on a car and get that outdated interior. Damn American cars always mess it up on that aspect.

They are capable of making over 850whp on max effort setup when ported no need to upgrade it tbh unless planning on making 1000+hp but then unreliability comes in and makes it not so fun anymore anyways 850-900 is a sweet spot imo and stock blowers can achieve that

@@9663mu you’re both right. Stock ported blower and heads cam will make 850+whp. But the IATs would be through the roof after like 3 pulls. Even with hella cooling mods. This is cause they gotta spin the stock blower really fast to get that 20+ pounds of boost

Great races! GTR is a bit more modified but great showing and very close! I’d love to see a similar set up on the ZL1 with E85, upper pulley, and or a ported/larger blower. That would be door to door or Z in front by a bit.

They’re definitely modded fairly. ZL1 is an open motor car with a cam and also running meth injection. GTR has slightly bigger turbos and E85

That top mount supercharger does not like heat soak definitely drops power after a run or 2. But damn good runs love to see cars that are evenly matched.
