Yes. Listening to her book and she’s very honest and there were very few costars that she didn’t get along with. Most fell in love with her. She did have a hard time with a few directors, but the ones she loved, she loved for life.

It's more that she was hyper-controlling. You don't have to genderize it --- anyone who is excessively controlling of others, whether male or female, is very annoying. I read that even when she did the duet with Donna Summer she had requirements written into the contract, such as when they took publicity photos together, they would have to pose in such a way that Streisand appeared taller than Summer. I was always glad Elvis decided not to act in "A Star Is Born", and rejected her offer.

Whether Summer said nice things in some interviews about Streisand or not is irrelevant. Are you saying Streisand did NOT have those terms in the contract? Can you give me just one link to an interview you've seen in which Summer said "nice things" about Streisand? It goes without saying that Sommer would not want to diss Streisand in public. I think Barry Gibb found her annoying too.
