Saw a bunch of your videos, You are a really hard worker and the thing that got me that you can fix the whole bike i.e Engine, Tires(add or remove), shocks, paint, chain fix etc ... Like your behavior and attitude as you work calmly, not like other youtubers who shout like nuts... Love the sexy Yamaha R1

As you were building it and adding the last bits I was thinking. Noooo you gotta change the wheels to white or blue, but to be honest the contrast is pretty cool. Looks lovely.

Absolutely fantastic Job brother and beautiful bike. Quick question, I have first gen R6, went to start it last month after it sitting for 3 months and failed to start. Started with choke but then died when I turned off the choke and also revs are surging. So as i got to rev it dies. Can anyone plz help or give advice. Been told its stale fuel or carbs need doing. Help wud be appreciated

@@RKMotorsports I have a 2009 first year of the motor change the white and red edition she is a head turner and my favorite bike thus far I also picked up a aprilia Rsv 1000r Colin edwards replica said to be pretty rare one of only 20 made in 2004 but I have a hard time researching the bike and can’t seem to find many pictures of the bike online

hey I've been subscribed to your KZfaq page for a while. I love your repair videos.. I'd like you advice on the Yamaha r1 2004 - 2006 5vy Motors. I'm thinking about getting one. How common are they with intake valve issues.? I've seen post where the valve stem breaks and causes engine problems. have you heard of this being a common problem ?

Hey there! Check out my rebuild video on the 2004 R1 I did. I go over some info about the bike including a very common flywheel problem that all of the bikes have. I haven't heard of many widespread issues in those models with the valves though...

Speaking from personal experience, the only thing I didn't like was that you changed the colour of the fork sleeves to black. It's not that I don't like the colour, it's just because when they start getting pitted they look awful. In the golden ones the pits are pretty much invisible.
