More Power and Reduced Turbo Lag. The brilliant part about the BBK 65mm Throttle Body is that it can work with the stock air intakes in your 2015 to 2017 Mustang EcoBoost. No custom tune is required! However, if you really want to unlock the full potential of this 65mm throttle body, then you simply need to bolt-on an aftermarket cold air intake to unleash 8 to 12 more horsepower from your turbocharged 2.3-liter EcoBoost motor. The BBK 65mm Throttle Body will supply more cold air inside the intake manifold so your turbocharged motor can breathe more freely for a more thrilling and exciting drive.
Solid Build Quality. The BBK 65mm Throttle Body is constructed from high-grade and CNC machined 354 aluminum to achieve a lightweight and durable build. This material is lighter than the factory throttle body and is designed to be corrosion-resistant as well. This mod is not CARB-compliant and is not allowed for use in California or other CARB-regulated areas.
Easy to Install. You only need a basic socket set and a couple of screwdrivers to install the BBK 65mm Throttle Body in less than 1 hour. This kit is a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock throttle body in your 2015 to 2017 Mustang. Simply loosen the clamps to remove the intake tube from the stock throttle body, loosen the bolts, and swap the BBK 65mm Throttle Body in the factory location. Tighten the bolts, connect the wiring, and you’re good to go.
