I will say that the AUX battery's primary function is the Auto Start/Stop system and it will l not work (it automatically shuts itself off permanently) if this battery isn't working. Not sure you are correct when you mention that a variety of other features will not work if this battery is uncharged. I currently have my auxiliary battery unplugged and I'm running the car as usual with no issues with my radio or any other auxiliary feature outside of the auto S/S system. I bought my replacement battery from Summit Racing, it's an AC Delco AUX-14 200, looking forward to having the ASS feature working.

Hi there, I have 2018 V6 HSE. Couple of days ago the car did not start. I jump started the car and everything was OK. Today I saw "Low battery Please start engine". I replaced the main battery but the warning is still showing. When I opened the corner in the trunk I couldn't find the secondary battery. 😒
