This new TDI V6 model only adds to the fun and despite this model's age, it remains a hot player in this hugely competitive segment.

I really enjoyed this video! I love how you compare the previous models and explain the refresh! you taught me a wealth of info. I am really considering buying one of these in white but I would like black interior. I am concerned about the sun roof tho, I love in Texas and I don't know if that shade is going to keep out the light and the heat

Hello I live in Texas as well. I have the Audi Q5 in white with the black interior, it beautiful! To answer your question about the sunroof and the heat… yeah it comes right on in unfortunately. Still a very nice vehicle all the same.

Hi Sofiyan - I’m seriously considering buying a used 2014/2015 Q5 TDI. Are you sure it has hydraulic steering? I read elsewhere that it has over boosted electric steering. Will appreciate if you can confirm .... it is hard to find a used Q5 TDI near by in NJ for a test drive.

Just pick up a 2010 Audi Q5 it runs great... I love it was in a 2003 mazda 6s love it too... The one I have is a premium.

I own a 2014 q5 tdi and in my opinion the exhaust and intake note sounds like a high performance gasoline engine when you get into it. Also a minor little discrepancy, the torque split is 60-40 rear biased. Great video just the same.

I don't know why some people think it's so important to have push button start, they WILL break eventually and it WILL cost quite a bit to repair. I have been turning keys all my life, it's not big deal

Ed Kelly We're in the process of acquiring new camera and mounting equipment. Just hang on a bit longer, the current equipment will be getting replaced soon :)

very professional review as always! It is a good car, but problem with diesel engines, is to find good mechanic/shop who is willing to work on diesel engine. Unfortunately there is not many diesel cars in US. Otherwise audi dialer is the only choice for maintenance or repairs.

how come Audi Q3 has a full led headlights (low beam and high beam separately) and led taillights while this Audi Q5 (which has a higher spec - if I'm not mistaken) only has a bi-xenon & regular cornering lights ?

i'm not a fan of 4 cylinder diesels, but i do like the 6 cylinder diesels. however i would have a hard time turning down the supercharged v6

I don't like Audi. I've driven the A5 and the S5. The S5 is the only one I would consider buying. Audi seems to be a bit behind in interior quality, it's not really on par with BMW and Mercedes as far as I'm concerned. The infotainment system is not my favorite, and one thing that really bothered me was the fact that where you would put your arms on the door was soft touch plastic instead of leather.

+suzigti92 German cars have a very refined, simplistic, yet elegant design language. I think it looks classy and robust. Mercedes has gone towards being more flashy in recent models but BMW and Audi still retain that understated yet exquisite and premium look.

I mean I Like the interior of the Audi. It's handsome, esp with the Wood. I find the interior attractive. But this car is ANNOYING To me. The Front is Ugly. And the Infotainment is Small and Old. If they Refresh this car, Update the interior then I'm Game. !

JustLucky LOL how about you test drive an Audi and then drive a VW and tell me if they drive the same. Audi is a completely different driving experience and a bette place to be inside. After 2006, Audi and VW share very little in common. Audi is just owned by VW, doesn't mean they are the same thing. Certain Audis use completely different engine technologies than VW. They are DIFFERENT cars and different automakers targeting two completely different segments.
