I had the engine computer on my 2014 q5 tdi flashed to the likes of 300 hp. and 500 ft/people of torque. It is now a monster .especially stop light to stop light.

Larry Bartlett That's phenomenal power. What aftermarket company did you use for the re-flash? Did your MPG improve?

Georgia Fan The company is called APR! It'relatively inexpensive as well Good bang for the buck.

You can have a digital readout of the speed. There is a button where the windshield wiper lever is that allows one to change the layout of the middle screen to speed, fuel mpg and etc to the way one likes it.

Yes I agree the Audi MMI can get a little confusing. Just takes time to get used to it (from personal experience). Sometimes it's even a little counterintuitive. I love the digital speedometer feature it's just easier to quickly know your current speed. -2015 Q5 3.0T owner

***** The windshield wiper lever has a oval button on the bottom keep pressing to change display until it shows the speed in mph.

If you look hard enough, it does have a digital speed readout in the center of the Dash!

I live in Canada and I wend to the dealer yesterday and I they told me the Audi Q5 2016 is releasing in August of this year. But when I check on Google about info on 2016 Audi q5 all I get is rumors of a new facelift. Can someone clarify this for me. Are the 2016 models the same as 2015?

Yes, the 2015 and 2016 models are essentially the same. The redesigned model comes in 2017

To change the passenger fan speed just turn their knob and it will change

Oh in the 2011 model it has two fan speed buttons... one on both sides

***** In terms of the fan speed that can't be changed for both sides, atleast I know on my 2014 q5 3.0T. However, you can have different temperature settings for driver and passenger.

It's because the fans are in sync. That can be changed in the MMI

t is too old, Audi will change the car by the end of 2016, also it has real problems in it's transmission (search for q5 transmission problems: clutch and mecatronics), also very expensive to maintain if the warranty is out. if you consider buying one, think twice and wait for the new model come otherwise, it's value will drop once the new arrival is in town

Is this a comparison between the Q5 and the Q3? Has Audi sponsored this so the presenter mentions the Q3 at every minute? I find it annoying.
