As an extreme outfitter working in the hunting industry, this machine is incredibly versatile and gets the job done. I just bought a 2024 model and it’s worth every penny. $21000. Canadian funds. Love it. You’re missing out guys!

If you don't mind me asking but what is the most fuel efficient utv
@dirttraxtv10 жыл бұрын
The Polaris Ranger EV.
@ScottaHemi44010 жыл бұрын
the Diesel UTVs are efficient to. the Ranger, Gator, Mule, and Kubota, though the last 2 aren't quite as sporty XD. for Gas I hear the Honda machines are quite efficient
@MrMag13410 жыл бұрын
thank you
@gregrowe116810 жыл бұрын
Fuel range is more important than efficiency. If you can afford to buy one of these, you don't care about fuel mileage. How far you can go on a tank of fuel is the most important thing to know. Don't want to go on a long ride and run out of fuel. Carrying extra fuel with you is potentially dangerous as well and should be avoided if possible.
@ScottaHemi44010 жыл бұрын
true, but the websites say that the diesels are about 30 to 40% more effecient then the gas models with the same size gas tank ;)
@mrRickywayne5410 жыл бұрын
if they make a side by side then this would be really nice with a roll bar , if not then its just a atv with an extra axle at a higher cost , and still dangerous, as a fire fighter in a rural area and state , i have seen way to many injuries and deaths caused by people that think they can do everything with them and it has no limitations.

@gregrowe116810 жыл бұрын
Don't count on it, the Wildcat Trail has a pretty substantial power advantage. Much more aggressive clutching as well, much quicker than an 800 Rzr. The 800 Rzr is still a great machine but the Wildcat Trail is just a bit better.

It's a bit suspect that BRP only asked Dirt Trax to trial the 6x6. As a manufacturer you really want to make sure your list of invitees is going to provide a positive review, especially when you are picking up the tab. Now, I'm not saying the machine is not great, but surely as with every product there has to be pros and cons. I don't think I really heard one con in that review.. Hence my apprehension into how partial the review actually is/was....

I've had several ATV's in 20 year's, and still after 30+ year's of ATV manufacturing company's, NO one can make a true low range rock crawling ATV at full throttle like my small tractor. Every ATV company can make them go 40 mph, + or -, which is good, but I'm still waiting for some Co. to make an ATV that will have a true low range like my small Kubota tractor at full throttle, forward an reverse, must be everybody like's to feather the throttle to make it go slow.
@ttortori10 жыл бұрын
"No Compromise" ? Try pulling a 3 point turn in the woods with that thing.
@gregrowe116810 жыл бұрын
No to mention even when you kinda can make it banging against trees, scratching that nice new plastic. Its just too big and expensive. You can put a box on the back of a regular outlander, do people not know that? Can-am will strikeout on this one, I'm calling it now.

Fingers crossed!
@gregrowe116810 жыл бұрын
The new Arctic Cat Wildcat Trail has more power than the 800 Rzr for basically the same price. If I had to pick one, it would be the Wildcat Trail. I think Can-am should make a 50 inch SxS with the 800 rotax engine in it. Make it much lighter than the Maverick, around 1000 lbs dry weight like the other 50 inch wide machines. The 800 will be plenty of power with a lighter machine. Price it about the same as the Wildcat Trail and 800 Rzr(around 11K U.S. starting price without eps and about 12K for one with eps) and you would have an instant hit.
@jensonbeaver267810 жыл бұрын
what would be cool is if yamaha made one but with a bigger motor like a 800 single or something like that because yamaha makes amazing reliable machines.
@gregrowe116810 жыл бұрын
Yamaha had their chance, they came up with the Viking, with the same engine as the Grizzly. From what I have seen, there is room for a much bigger engine. Was that just coincidence or are they planning for a big v-twin? I can see sticking with the 700 in the Grizzly as its a very potent engine in the lightest big-bore utility ever built. Utv's are much bigger and heavier, customers want more than about 45-50 hp when there are some with twice that or more.
