4 жыл бұрынBusy couple of days ripping all the emissions crap off this 2015 Jetta. I couldn't believe how restrictive the stock downpipe and exhaust system was. With the rawtek exhaust system this thing should flow insanely better. Stage 2 clutch and transmission mount install. We are waiting on Malone to get back to us with the right tune.

9/1/20 - Malone did get back to us and gave us the right tune. Car was driving fine for months. Now the car will not go into first gear. So it's been sitting around for a month. We will be tearing into it this fall.

So I wanted to update everyone. DO NOT PUT A SINGLE MASS FLYWHEEL ON YOUR MK6 MK7 CAR. Vw changed the synchros to steel and that's what goes bad pretty fast after you install it. I'm so used to working with mk4 transmissions, with the duel mass having so many problems that's why you replace it anytime you do a clutch.

You need a trans from 2009 and older and no more issue. My buddy had the same problem. Replaced 2 transmissions, the realized the 2009 and old has brass synchros!

I had to go into the cars software to switch off the partikel filter, so it wouldn’t regenerate anymore. That might be one of the errors you’ll get from the icu. By the way, great job getting rid of all the emissions crap that the factory bolts on, it a disgrace 😊. Exhaust looks sick, can’t wait to hear it!

YEAH MAN! Best Mod for TDI when starting out! Best with malone tune and hardcut limiter. I have the same exhaust but with no cat/resonator. It's nice and loud at higher revs and tame

What a pain that looks like. All I had was cat in the downpipe, a resonator in the middle, and a muffler at the end. I first took the muffler off, drove it until the cat clogged, and then rammed a screw driver and whatever into the cat through the top and pushed that shit out. I put the gutted cat downpipe back on and ran a meter of pipe angled at the end for a dump where the resonator was. I've been meaning to add some more pipe for side exit but haven't gotten around to it. It's been nearly 2 years like that. My electronic EGR is unplugged. Lol. It's a vw caddy with the BLS engine. You need to delete it a high mileage.

Buzzken complete, DPF EGR delete, back plate blockers, cr170 turbo and Malone stage 3. Don't forget to add H&R Suspension with bushings and thick sway bars.

rest in pieces to the syncros you cant use smf’s in 2009+ tdi’s they have steel syncros instead of brass like the old ones

yes they sent the correct one the next day. Car ran great. Just don't put in a single mass flywheel. We think it ruined the trans

Yes got it all sorted was running good. But now it won’t go into first. So waiting for him to have time and trans is coming back out

Good luck gettn that tune. There cracking down. If we can’t delete we’re stuck paying for stock parts every time they clog up, once the warranty’s up. There’s gunna be a lot of broke Vw’s for sale In about 2 years.

For real, the warranty’s saved my ass twice. My head gaskets went because the dpf got clogged and wouldn’t clean itself and vw wouldn’t help. The back pressure was so much it blew the heads. Now yesterday from that event a year ago my turbo just went which is also free. I have 10k left on the warranty and I’m gonna use it

@@azizhachimi8744 i would contact the dealer, that light usually comes on when the dpf is at about 30-40% clogged. There is a way to clean it on your own by just running your car at high rpms for 5-10 mins because the heat generated will burn the soot out of the filter and the light should turn off

Yes. I did this with a friend on his 2014 jetta on jack stands without removing the trans. I think it was the same.

The oem clutch was fine until the owner let someone else drive his car. He bought car new and it has about 77k on it now.

bad information do not install a single mass flywheel. let us know how many kms/mi before you have to replace the transmission if you don't mind. The rest of the video is pretty good at showing the process of removing the dpf on these cars the hardest part is removing the dpf😐

Oh man that sucks! Delete related? Getting ready to do this to my wife’s Passat the emissions fix dropped her mpg’s over ten! And they didn’t even tell us they where doing it brought it in for a timing belt and they threw that garbage in for our trouble😡 guess it’s the last time I get to be to busy to just fix it myself😭
