I've never sailed in a Melonseed, but the look nice. I imagine that decking makes for a dry ride.

Sailing upwind in a fresh breeze and waves can be a rather wet affair but, overall, the Roger Crawford Melonseed Skiff is a very comfortable and mostly dry boat to sail.
