Can we all just take a moment to realise he's using a Go Big... Yes it is his signature Yoyo, but that thing is narrow as hell and was made back in 2011. A small drop sends it flying off the stage and it doesn't even use a full sized bearing. I feel as if you gave Ben a decent Yoyo he'd start wrecking the competition.

I ended up here from Veritasium. Good on you for that collab, btw. This is truly one of the most inspiring things I've ever seen. It is kinetic artistry, no less disciplined and surreal than the finest Russian ballerinas. It is always a wonder to see an expert at work. This was wonderful.

Yes he does, what he means is the lack of permenantly attached string like a diablo, so it's kind of like a hybrid between yo-yo tricks and diablo.

+Ian suprisingly, it isn't. Thumb grinds are more vertical than fingerspins are. Thumb grinds are more of a tilted trick while fingerspins are a fully horizontal trick
