The fix for me was doing a Master Reset. It is one if the options you will find while digging around in the settings. Sorry, I don't remember the exact steps to get to it. I found it by accident.

I drive my company truck as well, the SYNC doesn’t work at all either, the remedy I came up with is a FM transmitter.

I have the same problem, pulled fuse #29, left out for 30 seconds, same problem, unresolved.

You have to get the radio or harness replaced, pulling the fuse used to work, it no longer does

My 2016 f550 vac truck is doing the same thing, worked fine till a couple months ago and randomly yesterday April 12/20 it worked for a couple minutes while on the hwy and then poof gone again

Take off fuse 29 from passenger side 5 minutes and put again… that fix my same problem

My service truck F-350 blue tooth does not work either. I took it to the Ford dealership so they can replace the DEF filter and they reprogrammed it and now it does not work I called them and told them it worked before, and I was told to disconnect the batteries, and still nothing...

My f250 2016 I can hear but the sound is not loud, and just started to do that. So I have no idea what's going on.

Same problem with my 2016 F 250 Microsoft sucks is the diagnostic I came up with. Now it won't "sync" to my phone at all that feature is dead apparently.

I found a fix! A guy who has a channel called" drop it like its scott" can walk you right threw it. Completely fixed!!

Take out fuse number 29 under passenger dash there’s a fuse box take out fuse for 30 seconds and then put it back. Should work

It's the sync module depending on vehicle mines a 16 f550 v10 gas my module is located to the right of the glove box now when I unhook the module and hit phone it finally says no phone and no aux plug it back in and nothing I'm 110% sure it's the module according to ford they burn out quick
