Many runners post their awesome experience of the NYC marathon on video well this is my less than stellar non record breaking experience and first time NYC marathon experience 2016.
Watching the 2015 NYC marathon live on TV, I actually thought to myself "I can do that". Luck was on my side when my name was picked amount 50,000 runners to be. The internet has full of advise and tips on how to manage and train for he marathon. Don't forget friends and family that are willing to lend help.

Training is KEY . Finding the time to train is a constant struggle! During this time, you start to know your body a lot better like "why am I doing this". your running muscles develop your help pump better and your lungs breath better. it's all true. A lot of people think you can't walk in a marathon - I say do walk and Why not. Hope this video helps you.
